Founded nearly 100 years ago as a family homestead, Overdale has a true frontier charm but has also gained a fresh rejuvenation. The brain child of Darren Smith and Mark Woolpert, Overdale captures the magic of Montana. What started as a small cabin nearly 100 years ago has transformed into an outdoor paradise.
It was not without the hard work and efforts of more people then could be mentioned that it has become one of the most unique and beautiful places in the west. For those whose time and love have helped build and forge the vision that surround Overdale it is enough to enjoy its spoils for a few days each year. Considered home to many people from around the United States, Overdale is the epitome of collaboration, love, and beauty.

Darren Smith has had a passion for hunting his entire life. It was his passion that led him to first find Overdale. After purchasing the property, Darren has brought to life his vision of a north west oasis that allows him to exercise his passion and allow people the opportunity to experience the magic of Montana.
